Job Description
Working for global company, your role will be focused on identifying, securing and growing new business opportunities across EMEA.
- Full-time, on-site in Epsom, Surrey
- c£27,500 basic OTE year 1 £40k and year 2 £60k.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end new business development aligned to current strategy.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets by winning new accounts
- Conduct client meetings to understand needs and tailor the services on offer
- Generate and follow up on new leads; maintain candidate/client databases
- Analyse market, client and competitor data; prepare and present business cases
- Collaborate with junior colleagues, sales director and marketing teams to refine sales strategies
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous track record and passion for sales or B2B business development is essential
- Excellent negotiation, communication (verbal and written), analytical, and presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong initiative and the ability to work under pressure.
- Client-focused, self-motivated, resilient, ethical, and capable of leading by example
