Job Description

Warehouse Manager

My client is a well established business based on the Hatfield Business Park who is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team.

The role will involve working 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday, managing a team of up to 9 people, overseeing Goods In, Goods Out, Stock etc. They are just introducing a barcoding system. Goods are sent across the world and accuracy is key.

The role will include:-

  • Training the team
  • Putting procedures in place to ensure no errors in picking, packing etc
  • Managing the team
  • Delegation of tasks
  • Checking accuracy of picking and packing at all times
  • Liaising with the customer service team regarding ordering stock and missing stock
  • Use of company ERP system and occasionally use of Excel for reporting purposes

This is an office based role, based in Hatfield, Herts. Excellent benefits package offered to the right person. Company have a very low turnover in staff.
