Parking Enforcement Appeals Officer (Contract Support Officer)
Location: Ealing, London
Salary: Β£28,808 per annum
Our client provides high-quality Waste Collection, Street Cleansing, Grounds Maintenance, Parking services and other environmental services for their customers, the London Borough of Ealing, its residents and other service users.
An opportunity has now arisen in their Parking Services team for a Contract Support Officer.
This role will require you to respond to first line PCN challenges/appeals.
The Role
- To assess appeals and challenges submitted in response to PCNs.
- Drafting and issuing responses to appellants
- Maintaining accurate and organised records of appeals submitted, decisions and correspondence.
Skills And Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- City and Guilds Level 3 Award in Notice Processing or equivalent. or willingness to acquire the relevant qualifications.
- Knowledge of PCN appeals procedures, relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
