The Position
Are you passionate about fine food? Sourcing the freshest seasonal and regional ingredients? Interested in joining a dedicated kitchen team in a fine dining environment and furthering your culinary career in the kitchen of a world-leading luxury hotel? Then Rocco Forte Hotels would love to invite you to join us as a Senior Sous Chef.
You will be working with Adam Byatt, our Chef Director and our talented team of chefs who are all passionate about using fresh seasonal produce whilst developing and training their team.
Supporting the Head Chef, you will be integral in maintaining the flawless running of kitchen operations. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the dedicated kitchen team deliver exceptional dishes of the world-class calibre our guests expect.
Bringing with you an extensive knowledge of fine food and wine and experience in a similar high-end hospitality role, you will be knowledgeable about provenance and passionate about your craft, managing and motivating your team and nurturing their personal and professional development. You will also work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to ensure targets are hit and optimum profitability is achieved.
In turn, you will receive the support to develop your own kills career with us. Ultimately, your talent, commitment and pride in your work will make you an integral part of the Rocco Forte family.
