Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial property management surveyor to join an innovative national consultancy in their Birmingham office. The team is highly regarded for career development, with a flat structure and transparent promotion pathways.

In this role, you will join a team responsible for a national fund’s commercial assets across the Midlands, London, and regions, including central A-grade offices, retail, and industrial parks. The team travels to inspect buildings across London and the regions, not confined to the client’s assets in the Midlands. Responsibilities include traditional investment property management tasks such as lease events, service charges, and value-add opportunities, with direct contact with clients to develop close relationships.

In addition to a competitive salary, car allowance, and structured bonus scheme, the client offers a hybrid work pattern and a range of employee benefits.
