What will you be doing?
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will have diverse technical expertise and engage directly with clients. Your role involves requirements gathering, project design, scoping, delivery, and integration, primarily for digital channels using the latest technologies. You will translate complex problems into understandable solutions, from initial concept to implementation. Your pragmatic approach will be essential.
You will also:
- Translate client business requirements into systems, applications, or process designs
- Communicate and document designs, plans, and business models
- Use appropriate design patterns creatively
- Design and document API specifications and Data Models
- Collaborate with client IT and Business teams on technical dependencies and deployment
- Resolve technical issues and identify risks by building consensus among stakeholders
- Evaluate vendor solutions and technology options

What does it take to excel in this role?
- HBO/WO Bachelor degree
- Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience
- At least 4 years as a digital Solution/System/Domain Architect
- Experience in Banking/Finance industry
- AWS/Azure/Google Solution Architect Professional certification
- AEM experience
- Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture, cloud-native solutions, or container technologies
- Strong understanding of software architecture and Agile principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in English is required. We value proactive, humorous individuals who can teach us what to do.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Backbase
- Experience in Digital Consulting
- Experience leading software development
- TOGAF or similar certification
