Senior Mechanical Engineer Required

True are working with a multinational M&E specialist who are looking to appoint a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support the expansion of their senior team, which currently stands at 60. Their growth has been driven by securing large–scale commercial, mixed–use and data center projects across the UK.

Progression is a core part of the business, reflected by the fact that many of the current Directors started out as trainees and worked their way up. You will receive financial and hands–on support for chartership, leadership development and further technical training. A strong salary is on offer, along with a yearly bonus and regular performance incentives.

They operate from a modern office with a collaborative and supportive team spread across multiple locations. Staff are trusted to work flexible hours to suit their lifestyle, with a well–structured hybrid working policy in place.

They are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support client management and further develop their leadership skills by managing junior and intermediate engineers, while continuing to provide technical guidance through all RIBA stages.
