Description of the role: The NPI Program Manager will provide project management for DART Aerospace product development programs. Program management is the process of managing several related Programs with the intention of delivering to the market new products and improving the organization\’s performance. This individual will have oversight of the purpose and status of all assigned projects. He/She will use this oversight to drive Program-level activity to ensure the overall program goals are likely to be met by providing a decision-making capacity and acting as a sounding board for ideas and approaches to solving program issues that have program impacts. The position will be located on-site at F.P.T. Industries Ltd Portsmouth, UK. He/She will adhere to the company\’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
