The Senior & Principal Mechanical Design Engineers Opportunity
We are recruiting multiple Mechanical Design Engineers at Senior and Principal levels for a permanent, full–time, office–based role in Birmingham.
- Senior Engineer: Take ownership of your own projects from concept to completion, providing guidance and technical support to juniors and graduates, while ensuring high–quality design standards.
- Principal Engineer: Lead complex projects with full responsibility, mentor and manage team members across all levels, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and specify mechanical building services including HVAC, heating and cooling, renewable energy systems, plant rooms, and Building Management Systems.
- Produce detailed mechanical designs, layouts, drawings, and reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant, sustainable solutions.
- Support junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
What We Offer
- Competitive salaries:
- Senior: GBP55,000 GBP65,000
- Principal: Up to GBP80,000
- Permanent, office–based role in Birmingham (5 days/week)
