Location: Centrally located between Stratford (South Office) and York (North Office), with hybrid working options.

Role Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the robust commercial management of various projects, ensuring successful delivery in compliance with contractual terms and business plan commitments. You will engage with supply chain partners, manage project costs, and monitor the commercial position to support informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial and contractual performance of projects.
- Ensure profit targets and efficiency savings are achieved.
- Administer change control and manage risks and opportunities.
- Conduct compliant procurement processes and manage supply chain relationships.
- Prepare and negotiate claims, and manage subcontractor payments.
- Attend project meetings and site visits to monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate financial logs, cost plans, and project forecasts.
- Prepare monthly reports and attend cost review meetings.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and governance processes.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients and commercial team members.
- Upskill and support less experienced team members.
