Our IoT technology expertise serves a global ecosystem of 7,000 enterprise customers and 30 mobile network operator partners, and 90 million IoT devices across the world. Aeris powers today’s connected smart world with innovative technologies and borderless connectivity that simplify management, enhance security, optimize performance, and drive growth.
Now, we’re looking for a Strategic Product Manager to take the lead in driving our Enterprise IoT business, with full responsibility for product strategy, commercial execution, and profit and loss. You’ll join our London office as a key driver of growth and innovation across the IoT Platform Services portfolio.
Responsibilities
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll define and own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of Aeris’ IoT services for enterprise customers across global markets. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Legal and Channel Partners to:
- Set and own the product vision for global enterprise platform services—including IoT Connectivity Management, eSIM/SIM and cybersecurity
- Translate market trends, customer needs, and technology opportunities into a clear, actionable product roadmap
- Deliver and manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring strong unit economics and profitable growth
- Support our channel-first strategy, working with channel partners and MNOs to enable go-to-market success
- Position Aeris as the strategic enabler for enterprises seeking scalable, flexible and secure IoT connectivity and automation
- Drive adoption of the IoT Community Model, creating multi-vendor collaboration and “single pane of glass” service orchestration
Qualifications
We’re looking for a sharp, strategic mind with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for market impact. You’ll need to blend business leadership with product intuition—and thrive in a fast-moving, global environment.
- 8+ years of experience in product leadership, ideally within IoT, SaaS, Telco, or enterprise tech
- Deep domain knowledge in cellular IoT (2G–5G, LPWA), platform architecture, eSIM, and/or IoT cybersecurity
- Proven success in owning and growing a product P&L, including pricing, GTM, and commercial modeling
- Strong experience in channel/partner ecosystems and working with mobile operators or CSPs
- Ability to translate business goals into roadmaps and execution plans that drive results
- Familiarity with GDPR, regulatory frameworks, and data-driven decision making
- Strategic, structured thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills As part of our hiring process,
