The Role
As an Assistant General Manager, you will help with ownership of the store\’s performance and day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervise department managers and team leads.

Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions.

Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating employees.

Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
