Thrive Personnel Ltd are looking to recruit a QA Supervisor to join our client in South Elmsall.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive QA Supervisor to work in our client\’s Quality Assurance team, supporting the QA Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the QC Team, addressing QC issues and workloads.
  2. Ensure products meet specifications and customer expectations.
  3. Investigate and document issues with products failing QC, reporting findings to relevant personnel.
  4. Conduct technical training and refresher sessions for the QC team.
  5. Oversee GMP, CCP, Line audits, and Glass and Brittle Plastics audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  6. Provide cover and support for QC staff as needed.
  7. Deputize for the QA Manager when required.
  8. Support the implementation of new processes in line with FSQMS and customer requirements.
  9. Assist with validations and verifications.
  10. Complete environmental and product testing, including swabbing and claim validations.
  11. Support during second- and third-party audits.
  12. Investigate complaints via the non-conformance process.
  13. Build strong relationships with wider teams.
  14. Fulfill duties of absent QA team members to ensure regulatory compliance.
  15. Comply with Health and Safety policies, reporting any breaches.
  16. Perform other duties as required by Management.

This is a permanent role, working Sunday to Thursday.

Hourly rate of pay: £14.10 per hour.
