Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Abwicklung der Immobilienbewertungen im In- und Ausland
- Koordination der Informationsbereitstellung für die Gutachtenerstellung
- Pflege und Aktualisierung des Datenbestandes in der Immobiliendatenbank
- Vorbereitung von Unterlagen, Auswertungen und Statistiken
Was Du mitbringst:
- Student (m/w/d) der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Architektur, Immobilienwirtschaft o.ä.
- Anwendungssichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Aufgeschlossenheit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
