Exams Officer Required – Outstanding Secondary School | Nottingham | Full-Time | ASAP Start\\n\\nEducation Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with an outstanding secondary school in Nottingham, who are seeking an experienced and dedicated Exams Officer to join their team immediately.\\n\\n💼 Role Overview:\\n\\nAs the Exams Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of all internal and external examinations. You will ensure that all exam procedures are conducted in line with regulatory requirements and school policies.\\n\\n✅ Key Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Manage all aspects of the exams process including entries, timetabling, rooming and invigilation\\n\\n * Liaise with awarding bodies and ensure compliance with JCQ regulations\\n\\n * Prepare and distribute examination timetables to staff and students\\n\\n * Organise and manage results days and post-results services\\n\\n * Maintain secure handling and storage of exam materials\\n\\n * Coordinate and support a team of invigilators\\n\\n🎯 The Ideal Candidate Will Have:\\n\\n * Previous experience working as an Exams Officer in a school or college setting (essential)\\n\\n * Excellent organisational and communication skills\\n\\n * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines\\n\\n * Confidence in using MIS systems and Microsoft Office packages\\n\\n * Flexibility to support during peak exam periods and results days\\n\\n🌟 What’s On Offer:\\n\\n * Immediate start in an exceptional school environment\\n\\n * Full-time hours: 5 days a week, 37 hours per week\\n\\n * Competitive pay (depending on experience)\\n\\n * Potential for a permanent role for the right candidate\\n\\n * Ongoing support from your dedicated Education Personnel consultant\\n\\nIf you are an experienced Exams Officer looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and high-achieving school, we would love to hear from you
