The Work You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be involved in a wide range of commercial property transactions, including:
- Leases (granting, assignment, renewal)
- Freehold sales and purchases

- Transactions involving SIPPs/SASSs, companies, and private individuals
- Commercial lending and finance arrangements
- Option, promotion, and overage agreements
