Our client, a fast-growing global technology platform headquartered in Sweden, are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Interim Management Accountant within their expanding team in London.
The accountant will be an articulate part-qualified accountant, with fantastic attention to detail and accuracy. We are looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn new skills, and a drive to develop with a growing company.
The successful candidate is likely to have a strong academic and analytical background as well as excellent stakeholder management skills.
Some key responsibilities would include:
• AR invoicing and credit control.
• AP process, coding and payments.
• Bank, and credit card reconciliation.
• Revenue and Invoicing control and bi-monthly reporting.
• Expenses processing.
• Payroll processing UK.
• Financial analysis of revenue/ costs.
• Meeting month end reporting deadlines (day 1, 2 and 3).
• Ad hoc report production.
• Benefits administration.
For the role we would like you to have:
• Part Qualified/studying towards ACCA / CIMA / QBE.
• Excellent Excel Skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adaptable and a self starter.
• Good stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
• QuickBooks experience is desirable.
