Our client seeks a Tax Manager/Tax Associate Director to support the Managing Partner in motivating the tax team to perform and ensuring commitment to effective client service. The role requires maintaining high standards of work quality that meet the company\’s ethical and professional standards, contributing to organizational success.
You must be willing to relocate to the Isle of Man to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee tax compliance and advisory services in collaboration with the Leadership team.
- Manage a portfolio of complex clients, preparing and reviewing tax returns via various communication channels.
- Prepare supporting schedules through thorough analysis of documentation.
- Communicate with authorities regarding tax and social security queries efficiently and knowledgeably.
- Monitor own and department\’s WIP, contributing positively to billing targets.
- Ensure departmental KPIs are met, with support from the team.
- Review team’s work, coach staff, and address technical or professional gaps as needed.
- Build and maintain client relationships to promote retention and growth.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell firm’s products and services.
- Participate proactively in business development activities and promote the firm externally.
