What We Are Looking For…
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Email Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive email marketing strategies that drive audience engagement and conversion. You will oversee the entire email marketing process, from content creation and design to automation, segmentation, and performance analysis. Your ability to leverage data insights will be crucial in optimizing campaigns to achieve our marketing objectives.
The Role
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies that align with overall company goals and target audience
- Lead the creation and execution of innovative email campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
- Manage email lists, ensuring data hygiene, compliance with regulations, and optimal segmentation for targeted outreach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, analytics, and content, to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of all email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated email flows
- Utilize HubSpot to create, schedule, and manage email campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing and optimization of email content and subject lines to enhance deliverability and engagement metrics
- Report and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI
Requirements
- Proven experience in email marketing management, ideally in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation, segmentation, and A/B testing
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms, particularly HubSpot or similar tools
- Excellent analytical skills to measure and interpret campaign performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging content
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
