TECHNICAL SAFETY ENGINEER Our client, an Oil and Gas Operator is seeking an experienced Technical Safety Engineer. It is an initial 12 month contract role based in Aberdeen. Services to be supported during the duration of the contract are detailed below. Provide technical safety input to the project scopes Support the delivery of key inter-related scopes required to be addressed in the Safety Case Implementation of wider Big Persons Offshore changes Wider EER emergent industry / regulator issues Development of updated EER Philosophy Support updates of associated documentation and studies EERA, FERA and QRA Platform Emergency Response Plan Relevant drawings, etc Support updates to affected performance standards Support / coordinate workforce consultation Engagement with key stakeholders with Emergency response roles, such as OIMs, ERT etc Coordinate the Safety Case material change in line with the agreed safety case management plan, which includes other material and non-material revisions being delivered separately. Manage the revision, approval and submission of the material change Development of materials for engagement with the CA (HSEx), IVB as required and other external stakeholders. Coordinate the response to Safety Case AIs / NAIs as required. Close out any remaining actions following acceptance of the Safety Case
