Location: Remote Salary: £23,500 per annum (Basic) (OTE £28,000) Our client is based in Swindon and work with clients across the UK, aiding companies in growing their businesses by arranging appointments for their sales teams to meet and introduce their product or service to their prospective customers. They have been established since 2008 and have over 23 years of experience in outbound telemarketing. The Role They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting their clients\’ products and services and arranging appointments through effective communication. This role requires a proactive approach to sales. Duties Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to arrange appointments. Utilise CRM to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. Effectively communicate the benefits of their offerings to persuade potential clients. Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer responses in the database. Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns to convert them into sales. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts. Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine sales tactics.
