HR Manager – Dungannon – Manufacturing MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing client based in Dungannon, seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead their people and compliance functions. This is a key leadership role where you\’ll take ownership of the full HR agenda, while also playing a critical role in supporting and promoting a strong health, safety, and compliance culture across the site. This role is a Generalist HR role with responsibility for both HR operations and supporting health & safety compliance initiatives. Manage the end-to-end HR function: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development. Provide clear guidance to line managers on HR and employment law matters. Support and promote employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the site. Maintain accurate HR records and reporting, including absence and performance data. Support the coordination and communication of health & safety policies and procedures in line with legal obligations. Assist with accident investigations, risk assessments, and audits where appropriate. Champion best practices in HR and H&S compliance. Proven experience in an HR generalist role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Working knowledge and practical hands on experience of NI employment legislation and HR best practices. Familiarity with health & safety responsibilities in the workplace (e.g. risk assessments, incident reporting). Competitive salary up to £65k. Flexible working.
