MCS Group are proud to be working with a global leader in the FMCG space, to recruit a CAD Designer to join their team based in the Greater Belfast area.
Are you an experienced CAD Designer with a passion for innovation, sustainability, and delivering top-tier design solutions for global brands? I\’m currently partnering with a leading global manufacturer that\’s transforming the way the world thinks about packaging – and they\’re now looking to strengthen their design team at their Belfast site.
As a CAD Designer, you\’ll bring packaging concepts to life from initial brief through to prototype. You\’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver creative, technically accurate, and sustainable packaging/carton designs that exceed expectations.
Key responsibilities include:

Creating innovative packaging/carton designs tailored to customer and environmental needs

Producing technical drawings and prototypes using industry-standard software

Collaborating with customers, sales, and production teams to refine and deliver packaging solutions

Supporting pipeline development for future packaging opportunities

Managing associated admin, documentation, and special design projects
