THE OPPORTUNITY We have opportunities available for a Client Manager in our Commercial Insurance team. Working with us as a Client Manager will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across a wide range of industry sectors. keeping accurate client records and files at all times, including timely inputting of all client data into our bespoke system. providing clients with high-quality policy documentation in accordance with FCA regulations. building good working relationships with internal departments and colleagues responding to client queries, including changes in cover and risk, in a professional and timely manner ensuring that Company procedures, excellent client service standards, and compliance regulations are adhered to and maintained. contributing to the achievement of team and business objectives by generating sales, identifying gaps, up-selling and cross-selling. Required Criteria minimum of 3-5 years of commercial broking experience, with good all-around Commercial insurance experience and technical knowledge across a range of classes of insurance products. strong working knowledge and understanding of most commercial classes of business and associated insurance products.
