Senior Sales & Events Manager – Large-scale Venues – £45k – £50k + Commission
An exciting new opportunity has just come up for a driven and motivated Senior Sales & Events Manager to join the busy team at this venue group in London. These venues are contemporary, innovative and have multiple spaces to deliver all styles of events!
My client is looking for an experienced individual with a proactive approach to sales, a passion for building client relationships and tons of personality!

About the role:
- Manage the sales team to achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s client base
- Produce bespoke event proposals in line with the clients budgets and requirements
- Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships
- Participate in familiarisation trips, networking events and client entertaining
- Reporting on team performance of sales and revenue
- Carry out competitor analysis
About you:
- Sales Management experience from a London venue background
- Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from inception to close
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisation skills
