About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our stores operate 24/7, with a variety of shift patterns. Late and weekend work is required, and flexibility with your work pattern may be needed.

As a Section Leader, you\’ll be the first point of contact for your team. You will assist with training colleagues, communicating messages in team \’huddles\’, and ensuring colleagues maintain cleaning standards and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays.

We will help you develop your skills across different areas, providing opportunities for growth in retail leadership.
