My client are seeking a creative and technically skilled E-Learning for a 2-3 Month to create SCORM files for a learning management system that will replace face to face training. This home is home based with occasional travel to Client site in Warwickshire:
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Stakeholders to understand Functional requirements for the Learning Management system.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand learning objectives and translate them into engaging content.
- Use multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video, animations) to enhance learner engagement.
- Test and troubleshoot eLearning content for usability and technical accuracy across platforms (LMS, mobile, desktop).
- Maintain and update existing eLearning courses as needed.
- Ensure courses meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and work across various browsers and devices.
- Upload and manage content in Learning Management Systems.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience developing eLearning content and digital training materials.
- Experience with SCORM 1.2 format
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI and LMS integration.
- Basic graphic design and multimedia editing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
