Purpose of role
You will play a vital role in the planning and execution of workshops, seminars and client meetings throughout the year, including the Companies annual party.
Responsibilities:
- Event Management:
- Organise and manage the logistics for internal meetings, workshops, and seminars from beginning to delivery.
- Collaborate with sales managers to determine relevant workshop topics and themes.
- Set up marketing campaigns within our CRM system.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials, including invitation emails, newsletters, and social media content.
- Event Logistics:
- Arrange catering and coordinate office and room set-up for events.
- Welcome clients, organise event merchandise, name badges and building access for attendees.
- Post-Event Activities:
- Create and manage social media posts before and after events to maximize engagement.
- Coordinate the collection and distribution of survey forms to gather participants feedback
- Conduct debrief sessions with sales teams to discuss outcomes and add leads to the CRM for further follow-up.
Skills and attributes:
Completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
A keen interest in areas such as PR, Google platforms, social media, and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
- Proactive and able to use initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems.
