A developer of electrical vehicles whose mission is to bring real engagement and emotion to driving electric performance cars is currently hiring a Build Technician. The successful candidate will require confidence in reading and interpreting assembly drawings, using hand tools, and executing high-quality builds to tight tolerances. The Build Technician will: * Follow written build instructions, engineering drawings, and SOPs to complete high-quality builds. * Use handheld tools, fixtures, and provided equipment to perform sub-assembly and full vehicle assembly tasks. * Ensure parts traceability and adherence to quality standards. * Assemble mechanical, electrical, and composite components using supplied kits and assembly drawings. * Raise issues when drawings or processes are unclear or when assistance is needed – collaboration is key. The Build Technician will have: * Proven hands-on experience in vehicle builds, sub-assembly, or component assembly—mechanical and/or electrical. * Ability to work independently and follow technical drawings and instructions accurately. * Confidence to ask questions and seek support when required—no ego, just a commitment to doing it right. * Familiarity with the 5S principles. * Understanding of torque specs, quality checks, and build traceability systems.
