Our client are a well established multi office independent Estate Agents and are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator for their Branch in Chelmsford. The role: ·Generate market appraisals, developing new business enquiries ·Converting appraisals into sales instructions ·Maintain strong relationships between vendors and purchasers ·Maintain all relevant feedback to all parties ·Arrange and attend viewings ·Negotiate offers ·Prepare marketing ·Contribute to general running of the Sales Department Skills, Knowledge and experience required: * Previous experience in Estate agency is essential * Highly organised with strong communication skills * Professional with exceptional customer service skills * Ability to multi-task and working under pressure to meet deadlines * Sales and strong negotiation skills * A team player with experience of working within an Estate Agency * Willingness to tackle a variety of tasks with enthusiasm * Ability to use own initiative and be flexible in any given task * Strong pc skills and numerate This is an excellent opportunity for a committed and motivated candidate to join a leading independent Estate Agency. To be considered for this role you MUST have a full UK driving licence. Salary £25,000 – £27,000 depending on experience OTE £45,000
