HR Administrator

Location: Newport, Isle of Wight

Hours: 39 hours per week, 8.30am – 5pm Mon- Thu, 8.30 – 4 Fri.

Days: Monday – Friday
\\n
Duration: immediate start, ongoing whilst recruiting permanently
\\n
Duties:
\\n
Updating and maintaining HR systems,
data entry/ transfer onto bespoke databases,
updating staff sickness/ absence records,
assisting with recruitment administration, organising interviews, applying for references,
first point of contact for employee queries,
managing HR email inbox,
supporting HR team with other administrative tasks where required.

Experience:
\\n
Must have strong administrative experience including handling of confidential information, experience of working within HR or recruitment is preferred.
Must have a good level of computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems.
Must have a high level of accuracy, good numeracy and be able to work in an organised manner wit a high volume, fast paced environment.
Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Salary: £12.50 – 13.00 per hour dependent upon experience
