Quantity Surveyor – Electrical (Measured Term Contracts)

We are hiring for our client, a well-established leader in building services, seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Electrical to manage the commercial delivery of Measured Term Contracts (MTC) within their Electrical maintenance division.

The Role – Quantity Surveyor – Electrical

* Commercial delivery of Electrical MTC and maintenance contracts
* Manage procurement, tendering, and cost control processes
* Carry out valuations, variations, and contractual submissions
* Work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients
* Ensure cost forecasting and reporting aligns with internal and client requirements
* Maintain compliance with NEC 4 contract terms and PSA schedule of rates

The Person – Quantity Surveyor – Electrical

* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical focus)

* High proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools
* Commercially astute and contractually aware (NEC4 familiarity)
* Strong communicator with experience in client-facing roles (desirable)
