JOB PURPOSE:
To provide a wide range of administrative support and act as the initial point of contact for customer queries in support of effective and efficient service delivery.

To perform assigned duties and tasks, either as part of a team or individually as required, in including the prioritisation of own workload when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Possess five GCSEs at Grade C or above – to include Maths and English or equivalent level qualification (Level 2*)
