The Opportunity
\\n\\n
Working within a team of Finance Business Partners, you will partner with senior leaders to provide actionable financial insight across revenue, operational expenditure (opex) and capital expenditure capex). You will lead on budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for the business areas you cover, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Your responsibilities will include;

- Preparing monthly management accounts and detailed Board level reporting packs
- Conducting regular budget holder reviews to challenge assumptions and optimise performance
- Delivering commercial analysis to support contract negotiations, cost to serve reviews and investment cases
- Collaborating cross functionally to enhance management information (MI), KPIs and reporting tools using Excel and PowerBI
- Supporting finance transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing training and guidance to non-finance colleagues
- Ensuring audit readiness by maintaining robust records

The Candidate

We're ideally looking for a Qualified Accountant (CIMA, CA, ACCA) with relevant post qualification experience.
\\n\\n
You will have proven success in a finance business partnering, FP&A or commercial finance role where you are accustomed to using providing financial analysis to non-finance stakeholders. Ideally you will have a background in financial services or other regulated industries and will be a confident, capable communicator. The ideal candidate will be pro-active, results-driven and solutions-focused with strong commercial awareness coupled with strong understanding of accounting principles.
