We are currently partnering with a consultancy who provide all asset management solutions, who are recruiting for an EPC Assessor to join their EPC team on a freelance basis.
This is a full-time position, offering £29 per EPC and they need someone to start as soon as possible as they have jobs that need picking up.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Conducting circa. 30/40 energy performance certificate assessments through a pre-booked appointment schedule on social housing properties, ensuring attendance within the due dates
- Ensuring all lodgements are completed correctly and efficiently through the clients account with Elmhurst
- Examining property age, building type, number of windows, and roof construction
- Taking pictures, measuring wall heights and creating floor plans of the construction
Experience required:
- Elmhurst accredited DEA
- Full UK driving license
