What You’ll Be Doing

With full training and support, you’ll learn to:

  • Research businesses across Germany and Europe to understand market trends
  • Identify, engage, and screen high-potential candidates in both German and English
  • Conduct interviews to understand candidates’ motivations and career goals
  • Support client interactions and help define recruitment needs
  • Work towards clear KPIs and revenue goals with structured support
  • Collaborate with a high-performing, friendly team
  • Build your personal brand on LinkedIn and grow your professional network

You’ll play a vital role in helping clients find the right talent, and in guiding candidates through life-changing career moves.

You don’t need recruitment experience—we’ll teach you that. But you will need:

  • A degree (any subject welcome)
  • Fluency in both German and English (spoken & written)
  • A strong work ethic and a self-motivated mindset
  • Confidence in communication and an interest in people
