About the Company – We are looking for experienced, value-driven Product Owners to join our client's team (NetBet) and to support the formulation of the C-suite's vision and strategy.
About the Role – Your primary responsibilities include product development based on feedback, continuous market research and to be working closely with the development team to ensure business requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the C-suite and different senior stakeholders to translate their vision into a comprehensive roadmap, aligned with the business needs
- Contribute to the prioritization of the projects and successfully manage the backlog
- Collaborate with UX and visual designers to transform bold concepts into refined, well-scoped features
- Business Opportunity Analysis – Find opportunities and develop supporting materials with quantitative and qualitative-driven insights, advocating for creative and innovative solutions to complex problems
- Competitive Intelligence – Perform detailed analyses of competing applications, including feature sets, content offerings, and general UX
- Data Analytics Initiatives – Find new ideas to A/B test to further the growth of the online casino ecosystem
- Be The Product Expert – Understand the player journey and create best-in-class solutions, ensuring key selling features and product info is represented accurately in the platform with a strategic lens towards improving comprehension, conversion, and player satisfaction
- Player Champion – embody the \”player\” view internally, driving a fan-first viewpoint across the org and post-launch product plans; ensure that the player's voice helps drive the brand's direction
- Cross-Platform Strategy – Develop and implement strategies that ensure a seamless user experience across various platforms, including mobile applications and web interfaces
- Mobile Application Oversight – Collaborate with development teams to oversee the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications, ensuring they align with the overall product vision and meet user expectations
- Platform-Specific Feature Management – Identify and prioritize features that leverage the unique capabilities of different platforms, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Experience in product ownership, preferably from gaming; online casinos; or consumer products (ex. eCommerce). Experience in managing regulated products.
- Experience to manage relationships with stakeholders

- Expertise in collecting and analyzing feature performance through advanced analytics, tracking KPIs, and deep analysis of user behavior and intent
- Data-driven attitude that can understand our player base and market trends and translate them into business opportunities
- Communication is your strength: you get energized by exchanging ideas with other people; you initiate conversations with your stakeholders, and you want to contribute to our growth
- Comfortable dealing with stakeholders of varied seniority from both the Commercial and Technical sides of the organization
- Proven ability to generate innovative ideas and solve complex problems
- Familiarity with behavioral economic concepts, data analysis, UX/UI, and A/B testing
- Ability to balance a data-driven attitude with creative problem-solving while maintaining a player-focused perspective
- Skilled at defining and prioritizing product features, managing the backlog
- Exceptional business judgment with a strategic and analytical attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to articulate complex ideas and influence others
