Reporting to the HR Director, you will ensure that our client's compensation and benefits offerings are competitive, fair, and reflective of their commitment to placing people at the heart of everything they do. Your role will involve implementing best-in-class HR systems and governance policies to elevate the employee experience. In this newly created role, you will lead initiatives across compensation, benefits, and HR governance, playing an active role in both ideation and implementation.
