The role of the Senior Service Desk Engineer is to work as part of a team of 5 to provide technical support to over 1000 users whilst also providing outstanding customer service – the role is based onsite As well as having good technical skills and great customer service, you will have an aptitude for supporting and mentoring junior members of the team and immerse yourself as part of the hardworking yet rewarding culture of the Team/Business.
