We are currently seeking a VP of Engineering to join one of our Berlin clients \’ teams. The Role The Role: We’re looking for a hands-on, no-fluff VP of Engineering with startup scaling experience (Seed to Series A+). You’ll set our technical vision, drive architecture, and lead by example—contributing directly in Golang and Python when needed while leading and shaping a high-performing team that builds robust, real-time AI systems. Responsibilities: ● Technical Strategy & Execution: ○ Define and execute the technical roadmap and architecture for scalable, fault-tolerant systems. ○ Ensure best practices in CI/CD, TDD, code reviews, and overall software quality. ○ Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team. ○ Foster a culture of action, accountability, and continuous improvement. ○ Code in Golang and Python as needed to directly contribute to critical projects. ○ Oversee development of real-time streaming and AI-powered systems.
