To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to come and join our team at our Laybrook site in Pulborough RH20 2LW

The Role:

The successful candidate will be supporting the Factory Manager and the TPM team as well as organising on site meetings and general clerical duties

Key responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries, pricing requests, delivery information and samples by telephone and email
  • Complaints handling and preparing Credit notes.
  • Administration of Bulk orders and call offs, Order Book and schedule Management
  • Ensure that regular and accurate updates are made on company CRM package
  • Sales enquires, working with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer journey
  • Working closely with other factory admins, providing support where required

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Evidence of working as part of an effective team
  • Participation in training events, which may necessitate travel and overnight stays
  • Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills
  • Flexible and enthusiastic individual able to work under pressure and use own initiative
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft applications including email, Excel and Word.
  • Plenty of team spirit and an enthusiastic attitude to work
  • Self-discipline and the ability to multi-task.
  • Full driving Licence
