Hours: Split Shift
Morning: 07:00 – 11:55 (with potential to extend until 1:00pm)
Afternoon: 15:45 – 18:15
Pay Rate: £15 – £18 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role
complete classroom services is seeking a reliable and proactive Premises Officer to support the day-to-day running of a school site. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the premises are safe, clean, secure, and well maintained for staff, students, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
*
Opening and securing the premises
*
General DIY and caretaker duties
*
General caretaking and site supervision
*
Carrying out cleaning, basic repairs, and maintenance tasks
*
Health & safety checks and reporting hazards or faults
*
Supporting contractors and deliveries where required
*
Ensuring the site is well presented at all times
The Ideal Candidate
*
Previous school experience in caretaking, premises, or facilities work (desirable)
*
Good understanding of health & safety procedures
*
Practical, hands-on approach to work
*
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
*
Reliable, punctual, and flexible
*
Able to work independently and as part of a team
