I am currently looking for someone to join my lovely team on a bank basis. Due to the nature of the role, I am looking for a friendly, caring female support worker to join my team.
The role will require you to cover a mixture of shifts including morning, evening and sleeps, and you will need to be able to drive my car as I have a busy schedule of social events and activities that I attend.
As a bank role, hours required will be on an emergency basis, or holiday cover and this could include weekend cover as well. The shifts are between 8.30am - 10.30pm and sleep ins are 10.30pm - 8.30am.
The hourly day rate is £12.21 per hour. This is a home-based role with all training provided. 5.6 weeks holiday is awarded per year as standard (pro rata for part time positions). Employees are also able to join the Company Pension scheme after 3 months service, subject to the rules of the scheme, as well as our Cash Back Health Plan after completion of a successful probation period.
The position is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and is exempt from the provision of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
