Strategic Land & Property Development Manager role to develop our property portfolio over 300 sites. You will have the experience to identify opportunities to maximise the return on investment., * Strategic Land Management: Lead the design, implementation, and management of enabling projects to market or release land for development opportunities.

Land Utilisation: Review and recommend land disposals and development opportunities, ensuring best value is achieved.

Disposal Process Management: Oversee the entire disposal process, from internal review to sale completion.

Collaboration: Work with legal, asset management, biodiversity, and land management teams to ensure tenant agreements align with organisational goals and statutory compliance.

Supplier Oversight: Manage and instruct Valuers, land agents, Lawyers, and other professionals acting on our behalf

Efficiency Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process efficiencies and added value.

Compliance and Enablement: Deliver enablement management plans and ensure compliance with estates responsibilities.

Proven experience in managing strategic land disposals, planning promotions, and development programmes

Track record in effective and collaborative management of suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.

IT proficiency and the ability to produce high-quality reports and plans.

Understanding of the water industry, telecoms code and leases, and environmental goals is desirable.
