Were currently recruiting for a hands-on Production Operative to join a busy rural-based manufacturing site on a Temp to Perm basis. Due to the location, you must be able to drive to access the site.

This is a great opportunity to grow within a supportive, long-standing team once permanent, youll be upskilled across departments and fully trained on both Reach and Counterbalance FLT, which comes with a pay increase.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Labelling, sampling, and decanting liquids into containers
  • Mixing solutions as part of the production process
  • Moving drums (up to 200kg pivoting/twisting required)
  • Manual lifting of up to 30kg
  • Completing basic quality and quantity checks
  • Recording stock codes and data (basic computer input)
  • Rotating through departments based on workload
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times

What Youll Need:

? Must be able to drive rural location
? Good basic Maths, English and computer skills
? Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items
? Cannot have asthma or back conditions (due to fumes/lifting)
? Willing to learn and work across multiple production areas
