We are looking for an experienced and committed Responsible Individual (RI) to oversee the quality and compliance of two children\’s residential services, supporting children with mild learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strong safeguarding and welfare practices are upheld

  • Conduct regular audits and ensure full compliance with Clear Care systems

  • Support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge of safeguarding legislation and childrens residential care
