Are you a detail-driven customs professional ready to take the next leap in your logistics career? We\’re seeking an experienced and motivated Customs Coordinator to support our import/export operations and ensure seamless compliance with HMRC and AEO protocols.

Your role

Working as part of the Forwarding Team, you will be at the heart of our customs operations, ensuring the accurate and timely movement of goods while keeping our organisation and clients compliant with all regulations.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Coordinating import and export entries using HMRC systems
  • Lodging ENS Declarations for carriers within required timescales
  • Liaising with our terminals to ensure all imports and exports are manifested and all Terminal Operator functions are completed, as per Borderforce requirements
  • Performing regular compliance checks in line with AEO requirements
  • Handling customs matters swiftly, meeting strict SLA deadlines
  • Delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Representing the company at Border Force visits, customer sites, and industry events as needed
What you\’ll bring

Youll have:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Customs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracycompliance is everything
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook essential), Descartes, and Destin8
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
