Im delighted to be exclusively representing a fantastic client of ours – an established and growing international organisation – in the recruitment of their Website Content Lead.
This opportunity would suit someone with experience as a Digital Content Lead, Digital Content Manager, or a talented and ambitious Digital Content Executive ready to take the next step in their career.

What youll be doing

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will manage one junior team member. The core focus of the role will be on web content strategy and development, leading the creation, enhancement, and management of website content across multiple global sites.
Youll also contribute to UX and CRO roadmaps and work closely with a wider team – including a selected agency – to strengthen SEO performance. Content auditing and optimisation will be part of your ongoing responsibilities, along with cross-functional collaboration with Product and Marketing colleagues. Other key elements include content workflow management and continuous improvement of systems and processes.

What experience youll need to apply

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong background in content development, strategy, and management for complex (preferably global) websites.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, UX/UI principles, and website analytics.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Data-driven and customer-focused.
