As a marketing Apprentice, you will be responsible for helping develop and grow a broad understanding of the marketing activity undertaken by the bank, as well as a wider market and industry understanding to play an increasingly active role in the development and delivery of marketing plans and activity.

In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Content creation: Help in the creation and curation of content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and newsletters
  • Social Media management: Support with creation of social media posts, planning of future posts and analysing performance metrics
  • Create and amend marketing collateral / assets such as brochures, leaflets, on/off-line ads, social media posts and videos
  • Event coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, such as trade shows and webinars. Manage event collateral and merchandise
  • Data analysis: Help track and analyse marketing metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise campaigns
  • Email marketing: Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting and proofreading emails, managing contact lists, and tracking campaign performance
  • Website management: Assist in updating the Banks website, creating new pages and news posts
  • Support with the administration of third-party agencies (creative, print, media and digital agencies)
  • Administrative support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including raising and logging purchase orders, preparing reports, organising digital files and scheduling meetings

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

  • Salary – £23,500
  • Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM
  • 30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
  • 10% Profit Share Bonus scheme
  • 10% employer pension contributions

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT.

Youll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, youll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.

Youll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
