A well-established and nationally respected law firm is looking for an ambitious Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its dynamic Real Estate Disputes team in Harrogate. The Opportunity Youll be joining a high-performing national team led by a Chambers-ranked partner with a strong pedigree in commercial real estate litigation. With a background at a top-tier international litigation firm and over a decade of experience acting on major High Court and Lands Tribunal matters, she brings a depth of expertise in both litigation and dispute resolution strategy.
As part of the team, youll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of contentious property issues, including:
- Lease disputes and renewals
- Service charge claims
- Break notices and dilapidations
- Restrictive covenants
- Rent reviews and development-related disputes
